Spring 2012:

 "New" Spring 2012 Travel Soccer to begin April 7th

Travel Soccer:   BAYS spring 2012 Soccer will begin April 7, 2012
Grades  4 & 5 U10 and U11
BAYS Travel Soccer program - Grade 4 6v6 soccer - Grade 5 8v8 soccer
Several teams stratified (by skill & involvement) and the remainder balanced.
 

Grades 6, 7 & 8  - U12 and U14
BAYS Travel Soccer program - Grade 6 plays 8v8 and U14 plays 11v11.
Several teams stratified (by skill & involvement) and the remainder balanced.

Team placements are done with 3 inputs:

  1. Coach Evaluation
  2. Tryout results
  3. Inter-team scrimmages

Travel teams practices two times per week recommended (fall) - minimum of one per week during spring.

Travel practices for Spring 2012 soccer usually once per week (day and time of practice TBD by coach)

In-Town Soccer: Kindergarten through Grade 3 Soccer Registration Information:

K - 2 In-Town Soccer:  Spring2012 season will begin April 22nd: The Dover program meets at the new HS/MS back fields.

The Sherborn program meets at Laurel Farms.

    Fall 2011 Soccer: Grade 3 Intown

Grade 3 intown- Non-travel combined Dover/Sherborn boys and girls Season Starts April 7th

Grade 3 soccer games will take place Saturdays at 10:00 AM.   There will be one mid-week practice.   Practice times

REFUND POLICY

In the past, we have not had a documented policy for refunding registration fees when players withdraw from the program.  We have researched refund policies of other area towns and developed a policy that is in line with these other towns.  Below is the new refund policy that will be in place starting with fall 2008 registration.

Once a player is registered, the Club only provides refunds for the following reasons:

 

Please note that refunds are not "automatic". If you fit the above criteria, please contact the Club Registrar. 

 

Fall Registration K-3

Before Sept 1- 100% registration fee less $10- After September 1- no refund with the exception of serious injury or moving out of town. Parents need to notify registrar.

Spring Registration K-3( intown only)

Before March 31-100% registration less $10- March 31 - no refund with the exception of serious injury or moving out of town. Parents need to notify registrar.

Fall Registration Grades 4-8

Before June 10 - 100% registration fee less $10. Parents need to notify registrar that a player is withdrawing to recieve any refund. Refunds are NOT automatic
After June 10 - no refund with the exception of serious injury or moving out of town. Parents need to notify registrar to receive any refund

Spring Registration Grades 4-8

Before December 1st - 100% registration fee less $10. Parents need to notify registrar that player is withdrawing  to receive a refund. Refunds are NOT automatic.
After Dec 1 - no refund with the exception of serious injury or moving out of town. Parents need to notify registrar to receive any refund
