Cancellations and Make-ups
Cancellations of home games
- E-mail the referee coordinator & field scheduler/coordinator ASAP
- First tentatively agree upon a date & time with the opposing coach; try to use regularly scheduled practice time if at all possible.
- Then contact the field scheduler for available field space.
- Then contact the referee scheduler - as far in advance as possible - to arrange for a referee
NOTE: GAMES TAKE PRIORITY OVER PRACTICES FOR FIELD SPACE
