Registration is open for Fall 2024 BAYS Travel for Grades 3-8 Now- May 31st.
Registration for Grades 3-8 (BAYS Travel Soccer) open for Fall 2024 In the late spring with tryouts for rising 4th-8th Graders to help with player placement for the Fall season. These tryouts are for PLAYER PLACEMENT ONLY as we are a NO CUT PROGRAM.
All players are highly recommended to attend the Independent Player Assessments. Please note that you must attend the session for the RISING grade (grade your player will be in the Fall of 2024). Example- Student is in 3rd grade today they would attend the Rising 4th grade assessment.
Spring Registration for Age 3- Grade 2 will open at a later date.
If there is room after the close date, players are placed on a waitlist and we will accommodate players on a case by case basis. A late fee will be applied.
If you sign up after the deadline there is no guarantee of a spot on a team and you will be placed on a waitlist.

IF YOU TRY TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE LISTED ABOVE,THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF YOUR CHILD BEING ABLE TO HAVE A PLACE - THEY WILL BE WAITLISTED AND ONLY ABLE TO PLAY IF A ROSTER SPOT IS AVAILABLE, WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE.
Fees
- Grade 3-8 BAYS teams: $230. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.
- Grade 2 (intramural) : $205. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.
- Age 3,Pre-K, K and Grade 1: $185. Late fee of $25 applies if past deadline.
Late fees – these will be imposed on accepted late registrants, if those waitlisted players can be placed on rosters. If a player was registered in time but their parent did not complete the checkout process (it happens in a large handful of cases), they will be given until the placement meetings to complete checkout and actually pay, or else a late fee will be imposed.
Please note that DSSoccer only accepts registration for children who:
- Attend Public School in Dover or Sherborn OR
- Are residents of Dover or Sherborn
*For participants in our TopSoccer program, we do accept registrations for ALL children regardless of school or residency.
REFUND POLICY
In the past, we have not had a documented policy for refunding registration fees when players withdraw from the program. We have researched refund policies of other area towns and developed a policy that is in line with these other towns. Below is the new refund policy.
Once a player is registered, the Club only provides refunds for the following reasons:
- The family moves out of Dover or Sherborn
- The player has a long-term injury
- The player has a long-term illness
- The player or players family is concerned about risks associated with Covid-19
- If you withdraw by the dates below
Please note that refunds are not "automatic". If you fit the above criteria, please contact the Club Registrar.
Withdrawal dates:
Registration Age 3- Grade 1
Fall - Before September - 100% registration fee less $10- After this date - no refund unless in exceptional circumstances (i.e., season cancellation). Parents need to notify registrar.
Registration Grade 2 (in town only)
Fall- Before September 100% registration less $10- After this date - no refund unless in exceptional circumstances. Parents need to notify registrar.
Registration Grades 3-8
For BAYS teams, there is NO refund with unless the player fits one of the exception criteria listed above - this is because the Club incurs costs to MYS and BAYS months before the season starts on a per player basis. Parents need to notify registrar to receive any refund

Enter your AdminSports account and check. If there is not a "registration" button next to your child's name and it reads Spring 2023 and team is "not assigned" you are already registered for the season.
